Full Stack Developer

Job description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS. This role requires someone who can independently take ownership of both frontend and backend systems, deliver production-ready code, and contribute to architectural decisions. You’ll work on scalable applications, help define technical direction, and mentor junior engineers. This is a remote position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
• Architect and implement clean, modular, and high-performance codebases.
• Integrate and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability and availability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define system requirements and deliverables.
• Write secure, tested, and documented code.
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Deep knowledge of React.js and Redux (state management, middleware, etc.).
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing schemas and managing data with MongoDB.
• Proficiency with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CloudFormation or Terraform).
• Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills across the stack.
