Full Stack Developer

Overview

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend and middleware integration experience who also has decent knowledge of front-end technologies. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of services end-to-end, contribute to system architecture decisions, and work in a fast-paced, AI-driven product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js, Python (Flask/Django), or Java.
• Build and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support front-end, mobile, and external client applications.
• Implement middleware components to support seamless communication across services, including 3rd-party API integration.
• Contribute to front-end development using React.js, Vue.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate intelligent services into the application layer.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to clean architecture principles.
• Participate in system design discussions, sprint planning, and DevOps processes.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Strong experience with API development and middleware integration (e.g., messaging queues, third-party APIs, microservices).
• Good understanding of databases – both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with version control systems (Git), and basic CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
• Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), session management, and secure API design.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and documentation.
• Self-driven, curious, and proactive mindset with the ability to work in a startup environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with AI/ML models and integration of AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow Serving).
• Experience with scalable architecture (microservices, event-driven architecture).

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
