Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter and PHP Laravel (Priority 1) and solid working knowledge of Node.js and React (Priority 2). You will be responsible for full-cycle development, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of web and mobile applications using Flutter and PHP Laravel.

Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable backend systems.

Develop responsive front-end applications with React.js and backend APIs with Node.js where required.

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and ensure technical excellence.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

Ensure seamless integration of third-party services and APIs.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

4–6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong expertise in Flutter (cross-platform mobile development) and PHP Laravel (backend framework).

Working knowledge of Node.js and React.js.

Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and microservices-based architecture.

Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Hands-on experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
