About the Role

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. This role involves working across the stack—building scalable backend systems, designing modern frontends, and contributing to AI-driven product features. You’ll work on real-world challenges, ranging from backend service design to building intuitive user interfaces, while collaborating with a team focused on performance, reliability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Develop modern, responsive frontends using Next.js, with attention to UX, design consistency, and execution speed.
• Contribute to AI-native product features, including retrieval pipelines, vector databases, query planning, and agent-based workflows.
• Work with Python and TypeScript/Node.js to deliver production-ready applications.
• Collaborate on data modeling, API design, and component architecture.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and continuous integration.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design to deployment.
• Contribute to observability, CI/CD pipelines, security, and cost-performance tuning.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with backend development (API design, data modeling, systems thinking).
• Frontend development skills in Next.js, with knowledge of component-driven design and UX best practices.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and agent frameworks, including retrieval patterns, re-ranking, and prompt/tool design.
• Understanding of vector databases and information retrieval methods.
• Exposure to modern software engineering practices: observability, CI/CD, and application security.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML product development or applications involving retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Understanding of query planning and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and cost management for cloud-based applications.
