Full Stack Developer

Role Summary

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web

applications. You will work with modern frameworks and technologies such as ReactJS,

NextJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, and SQL to design, develop, and deploy scalable and

high-performance solutions. You will also play a key role in ensuring that our applications

are fast, responsive, and visually appealing by utilizing modern UI frameworks like Tailwind

CSS.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development:

● Develop and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using ReactJS and

NextJS.

● Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement high-quality user interfaces.

● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

● Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.

● Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into frontend applications.

Backend Development:

● Design, implement, and maintain backend services using NodeJS.

● Develop RESTful APIs for data exchange and integration with frontend components.

● Build and optimize databases using MongoDB and/or SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

● Implement authentication, authorization, and security protocols (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

● Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend:

● Proficient in ReactJS and NextJS for building modern, scalable, and efficient web

applications.

● Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

● Experience with responsive design and frontend frameworks like Tailwind CSS.

● Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Backend:

● Strong proficiency in NodeJS, ExpressJS, and related backend technologies.

● Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

● Solid understanding of web application security best practices.

● Databases:

● Strong experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and/or relational databases (SQL,

PostgreSQL, MySQL).

● Proficiency in designing and optimizing database schemas and queries.

● Version Control:

● Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative

development.

Preferred Qualifications

BTech in CS

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using NextJS.

• Familiarity with TypeScript.

• K Knowledge of WebSockets and WebRTC for real-time applications.
