Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, system architecture design, database management, and cloud-based services. This role requires a strong problem-solver who can build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing web applications in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  
• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
  
• Implement microservices architecture and ensure seamless communication between distributed systems.
  
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database schemas, including ORM integration.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot distributed systems using logging and monitoring tools.
  
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning.
  
• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack development with React experience.
  
• Proven experience with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS.
  
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages: PHP, Hack, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
  
• Experience in database design, SQL/NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks.
  
• 3+ years of experience in building microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous/parallel services.
  
• Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS or Azure preferred).
  
• Experience with log monitoring and distributed system debugging.
  
• Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with GraphQL API design and integration.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
