About Us
Started in 2019, STAGE is an entertainment platform for regional cultures known for producing premium quality content in Indian languages to reinforce, protect and validate people’s sense of identity for their culture and heritage.
We currently focus on Haryanvi, Rajasthani and Bhojpuri languages. Our mobile apps have 15 Mn+ downloads and 4 Mn+ paying customers globally. That makes STAGE the biggest media platform in these regions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.
- Build robust APIs and microservices to power product features.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality releases.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Write clean, testable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of Databases – MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and frameworks (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in full stack development.
- Strong foundation in both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) development.
- Prior experience in a product-based or startup environment will be an added advantage.
