About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer who can contribute to full-cycle development while also guiding a team of developers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for creating effective and reliable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve project goals
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and project managers
• Maintain clean, scalable, and secure code
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend and backend
• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and sprint reviews

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work or projects
• Proficiency with frontend technologies:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React, Angular, or Vue
• Proficiency with backend technologies:
• Node.js, Express, Django, Laravel, or similar
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to guide and coordinate a development team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD)
• Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
