Job Description

We are seeking a technically strong Full Stack Developer who can design and deliver scalable, high-quality applications using Next.js, Nest.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical fundamentals across frontend, backend, and database layers, along with the confidence to represent the engineering team in client discussions and technical interviews.

You will work on architecting new modules, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high standards of code quality and maintainability. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Tech Lead or Solution Architect and contribute to both technical excellence and client success.

Key Responsibilities (Minimum Required)

• Own features or modules end-to-end, ensuring delivery quality.
• Act as Associate Technical Architect for assigned components.
• Manage client communication for specific modules or sprints.
• Mentor L1 engineers and interns, providing technical guidance.
• Conduct technical interviews, effort estimations, and code reviews.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Project Management, and Product Owners.
• Bring technical suggestions for optimization, scalability, and code reuse.
  
  

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, Nest.js, and Node.js
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, SSR/SSG, and API integrations
• Expertise in backend design, microservices, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL (data modeling, indexing, optimization)
• Solid grasp of system design, data structures, algorithms, and scalable architecture
• Familiarity with caching (Redis, CDN), asynchronous processing (queues/workers), and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure preferred)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle client interactions, technical presentations, and client interviews confidently
