About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance front-end and back-end systems using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
2. Create reusable and scalable code libraries to enhance efficiency and reduce development time
3. Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices
4. Work closely with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and deliver innovative features
5. Utilize advanced front-end development tools and techniques, such as Sass, Webpack, and responsive design frameworks, to create user-friendly interfaces
6. Design and implement RESTful APIs while adhering to best practices for maintainability, security, and version control
7. Clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders
8. Proactively refine codebases, streamline development workflows, and adopt standardization to enhance team productivity and code quality
9. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal application performance
