Full Stack Developer

About the job:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain web apps using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
2. Build backend services using Node.js / Express / Supabase
3. Design and implement secure authentication + authorization flows (JWT/OAuth)
4. Manage real-time data pipelines for classes, assessments & dashboards
5. Integrate Razorpay/TagMango and manage checkout + subscription logic
6. Work closely with product & design to deliver student-first UX
7. Maintain clean Git workflows, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines

Product Responsibilities:
1. Deliver features with measurable improvements in:
A. User onboarding & conversion rates
B. Live-class stability & student engagement
C. Dashboard performance & usability
D. Enforce best practices on data privacy & security

KPIs & Success Indicators:
1. Faster delivery cycles through reusable component architecture
2. Minimal production bugs & high uptime
3. Smooth payment experiences with reduced drop-offs
4. Documentation and clarity of ownership across modules
