Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience who can work across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for building end-to-end features, maintaining scalable systems, and contributing to products used by educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB / RDS, etc.)
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of backend systems

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive web applications using Next.js and React.js
• Implement reusable components and modern UI/UX practices
• Optimize applications for performance and accessibility

Mobile Development

• Build and maintain React Native applications for Android and iOS
• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs
• Ensure smooth user experience across devices

Collaboration & Ownership

• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Take ownership of features from development to deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Terragrunt
• Solid understanding of React.js and Next.js
• Experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with React Native app development
• Understanding of REST APIs and modern authentication mechanisms
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

Good to Have

• Experience working in ed-tech platforms
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of database design (SQL / NoSQL)
• Exposure to microservices architecture
