About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and enhance existing .NET-based web applications
2. Identify, debug, and resolve production issues and bugs
3. Implement small enhancements and improvements in live systems
4. Handle production incidents and application downtime efficiently
5. Act as the first technical point of contact for client escalations
6. Execute deployments and ensure backups and rollback readiness (as per defined processes)
7. Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients during issue resolution
8. Maintain basic technical and operational documentation
9. Support and guide junior developers and interns

Other Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in web application development

2. Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, etc.)

3. Good understanding of databases and SQL

4. Experience working on live/production systems

5. Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

6. Ability to understand and work with existing or legacy codebases

7. Experience working in SaaS or enterprise applications

8. Exposure to handling client issues and production support

9. Understanding of deployment and release processes

10. Willing to work onsite from the Jaipur office

11. Responsible, proactive, and calm under pressure

12. Strong communication and coordination skills

13. Comfortable working on existing systems rather than greenfield projects
