About the Opportunity

Recruit Forge is hiring for its client, D Square Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., for the role of Full Stack Developer. This position is ideal for developers with strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with solid frontend development experience. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure clean architecture, optimized database performance, and seamless API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
• Build reusable and optimized frontend components (Angular preferred)
• Integrate dynamic data and UI visualizations
• Design and maintain backend logic using Java (Spring Boot)
• Create, consume, and document RESTful APIs
• Write and optimize SQL queries and manage database schema updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature delivery
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Participate in peer code reviews and follow coding standards
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of cloud environments

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in MySQL (query optimization, schema design)
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Angular or ReactJS
• Basic understanding of WordPress
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment workflows
• Exposure to CI/CD pipeline tools
• Knowledge of testing frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on full-stack development experience
