About The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing AI product team and play a key role in scaling our flagship platform, Pythia.

Pythia is an AI-driven analytics platform designed to help marketers unlock insights from their customer, operational, transactional, and digital data. Think of it as Jarvis from Iron Man—your 24/7 digital insights assistant.

Built to deliver both self-service SaaS and managed service solutions, Pythia empowers our internal teams and clients to leverage data through AI-driven interrogation, segmentation, journey analysis, predictive analytics, and more. We’ve built our MVP and are now ready to take it to the next level—this role is central to that mission.

You’ll work closely with our UK and APAC teams to develop, enhance, and scale the Pythia platform, ensuring it delivers seamless, high-performance experiences for users across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered web applications from front-end to back-end.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven products.
• Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration between front-end, back-end, and AI models.
• Optimise AI applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Work with data scientists and machine learning engineers to deploy AI models efficiently.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of AI-driven applications in production environments.
• Implement best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing AI-enabled software solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  
  

We’re looking for a talented developer with a strong full-stack background and a passion for building scalable, AI-driven products. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be motivated by the opportunity to shape an emerging tech hub within a global organisation.

You Will Need To Have

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally with a focus on AI-powered product development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of AI/ML model deployment, scaling, and integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), particularly AI-related services.
• Understanding of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
  
  

• Experience with AI model deployment frameworks such as TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices, including model monitoring and version control.
• Familiarity with distributed computing and data processing frameworks.
• Prior experience in scaling AI-powered products in production environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
