About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and responsive applications, including features such as user authentication, form creation, and API integrations.
2. Build robust and secure APIs using Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
3. Develop mobile applications using React Native.
4. Apply strong analytical skills to design and implement efficient back-end logic.
5. Manage and interact with MongoDB databases.
6. Implement front-end functionality using Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
7. Demonstrate a good understanding of UX/UI design and development, including UI components such as ShadCN.
8. Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and unit-tested code.
9. Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
10. Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
11. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.
12. Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Other Requirements:

1. Strong communication and collaboration skills; proficiency in both Hindi and English is required.

2. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

3. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5. Experience with at least two projects demonstrating the ability to build full-stack applications (personal projects, open-source contributions, or commercial experience).

6. Proficiency in full-stack development, including JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, MongoDB, Git, and GitHub.

7. Must have access to a high-performance laptop suitable for development work.

8. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

9. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

10. A strong understanding of relational databases is required.
