Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Full Stack developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing components and features independently in IBM India Systems Development Lab. ISDL works on end-to-end design and development across Power, z and Storage portfolio. You would be a part of WW Storage development organization and would be involved in designing, developing and discussing product delivery & strategy. Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Develop IBM Cloud based SaaS application
• Design and be an avid coder who can get his hands dirty and be involved in the coding to the deepest level.
• Work in an Agile environment of continuous deliverable.
  
  

You will contribute using technologies such as Java, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like Angular & React while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 3 to 7 Years of relevant Industry Experience
• Understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies, Microservices Architecture and container technologies.
• Understanding and experience with Full Stack Development
• Understanding and experience with DevOps, Agile, and Design/Implementation within CI/CD and Secure Software Engineering Best Practices
• Understanding and experience writing and executing Unit and Integration Tests as part of Test Driven DevOps Development
• Understanding and experience with RESTful APIs, Ansible, Java, Kafka & GitHub.
• Software engineering experience designing Enterprise Cloud Applications with JavaScript, Typescript, JSP, NodeJS, HTML, CSS , Python etc.,
• Strong experience integrating with no sql databases like cassandara.
• Experience working with open-source technologies.
• Experience implementing distributed applications in a container environment (Docker/Kubernetes) along with experience configuring and administrating Linux (or other Unix-like) systems
• Understanding of Networking concepts and experience in Network development.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards & requirements
• Strong proficiency in Java, NodeJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular and React.
• Experience with IBM Carbon Design system.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  

• Domain Knowledge on storage system management.
• Worked on creating products for Cloud.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and practices (e.g., Jest, JUnit, Jasmine).
