Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who enjoys building scalable web applications from frontend to backend. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, business analysts, and fellow engineers to develop production-ready applications for global clients and internal products.

This role requires someone who can independently build features, write clean code, participate in architectural discussions, and continuously improve the quality of our software.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React.js and Next.js.
• Develop secure and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Write reusable, modular, and maintainable code.

API & Backend Engineering

• Design and develop RESTful APIs.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Optimize backend performance and scalability.

Database Management

• Design MongoDB schemas and collections.
• Optimize queries and indexing for performance.
• Maintain data integrity and security.
• Work with relational databases when required.

Frontend Development

• Build responsive UI components using React.js.
• Implement pixel-perfect interfaces from Figma designs.
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Manage application state using modern React patterns.

Quality & Performance

• Debug production issues efficiently.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Improve application performance and user experience.

Collaboration

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute ideas for improving architecture, processes, and development practices.

Required Skills

Must Have

• 1+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript fundamentals.
• Excellent knowledge of React.js.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Good understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of responsive web design principles.

Good to Have

• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with Redis or caching mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of authentication using JWT and OAuth.
• Exposure to WebSockets or real-time applications.
• Experience working with AI integrations or LLM APIs.
• Basic understanding of system design and scalable architecture.
