Full Stack Developer

Overview

Location: Pune, India (Work from Office)
Role: Full Stack Developer:

We are seeking a Full Stack developer to join our founding team with 2+ years of relevant
experience. Design and develop end-to-end web applications, handling both frontend
(UI/UX) and backend (APIs, databases) development. Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to build scalable, high-performance systems and ensure seamless integration across
layers.Own the full development lifecycle from architecture and coding to testing,
deployment, and optimization.This role is for someone who gets things done, and wants to
see how a high-growth startup actually works from the inside. We’re looking for a developer
who loves building products and building people. Sounds like you?

Core Stack:
● Frontend: React and Next.js (SSR, routing, optimization) TypeScript (we write
type-safe code) Modern CSS (Tailwind or styled-components) State management
(Redux, Zustand, or Context API) Responsive design and cross-browser
compatibility
● Backend: Node.js with Express.js or Fastify RESTful API design and implementation
JWT-based authentication and OAuth 2.0 Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
WebSockets/Socket.io for real-time features
● Database: PostgreSQL with complex queries and optimization MongoDB for
document storage Prisma ORM or Mongoose ODM Database indexing and
performance tuning Schema design and migrations
● Essential Skills: Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews) API integration
(third-party services, payment gateways) Security best practices (data encryption,
input validation) Unit and integration testing (Jest, Supertest) Debugging across the
entire stack

Good to Have (Seriously Valued)
● DevOps & Infrastructure: AWS or GCP deployment experience Docker and
containerization CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Redis for caching and
session management Basic understanding of Kubernetes
● Healthcare/Compliance: HIPAA or GDPR compliance experience Handling PHI
(Protected Health Information) Secure file upload systems for medical records
Experience with healthcare or fintech products
● Advanced Features: Progressive Web Apps (PWA) GraphQL APIs Microservices
architecture Performance monitoring (New Relic, Datadog) Server-side rendering
optimization
