Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of our web applications. You will work on both front-end user interfaces and back-end logic, database management, and server integration. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who enjoys working across the entire technology stack, writing clean, maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build, maintain, and optimize robust, scalable, and responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Front-End Design Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, interactive user interfaces with a focus on seamless user experience.
• Back-End Engineering: Design and develop efficient, secure server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and integration points for third-party services.
• Database Management: Structure, optimize, and manage both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Write clean, well-documented code and implement unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and security.
• DevOps & Deployment: Assist in managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment (e.g., AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions).
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers to scope features, solve complex technical challenges, and continuously improve engineering practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software engineering role.
• Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Back-End Expertise: Strong experience with server-side languages and runtimes (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java, or Go).
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of database systems, SQL writing, and data modeling.
• Version Control: Competency with Git and team workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Problem Solving: Excellent debugging, analytical, and performance optimization skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience/coding bootcamp graduate).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
