Job Description

A Full Stack Developer is a versatile and dynamic professional well-versed in both front-end and back-end development tasks. This role requires proficiency in developing and designing web applications through a hands-on approach and ensuring a seamless user experience and functionality. Full Stack Developers possess a comprehensive understanding of both web development architecture and across-the-board technologies. They play a pivotal role in creating software solutions from conceptual design to finished product. Part of their job includes collaborating with clients and other team members to meet project goals and implementing best practices for the creation of robust, scalable systems. They must stay abreast of industry trends to integrate new advancements into their development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technologies.
• Manage and develop server-side logic with robust databases for back-end services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following reliable coding standards.
• Deploy applications and ensure their smooth functionality on various platforms.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software delivers desired functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug various web applications and identify any technical issues.
• Integrate external web services and third-party APIs into applications smoothly.
• Ensure responsiveness and superior performance of web applications across devices.
• Participate in project planning sessions to determine overall system requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative improvements in development processes.
• Maintain version control systems and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in web development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Understanding of database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of software architecture.
