Full Stack Developer

TRC is looking for a Full Stack Developer who possesses an in-depth knowledge of managing an enterprise environment.  Candidate will assist in leading administration, troubleshooting, opening cases with Microsoft and acting as an escalation point for our internal IT team.  The developer will also research, design, implement, optimize, and maintain technical documentation.

A successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional technical, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. This person will be detail-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated, and be able to effectively communicate with and share information within the IT organization and organization at large.

• Develop and maintain applications using Net, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell and MS SQL Server.
• Configure and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using REST, SOAP and other technologies.
• Act as an escalation point within the Application Development Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Identify, resolve, and document incidents, requests, and problems.
• Maintain documentation of systems designs and configurations.
• Evaluate solutions and provide technical guidance to help our employees achieve success and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. (5+ years)
• Strong proficiency in ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell and the JavaScript object model. (5+ years)
• Expertise in writing, debugging, and optimizing PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration management, and system administration tasks. 
• Configure and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using REST, SOAP and other technologies
• Familiarity with setting up development environments, including installing and configuring software libraries and tools. 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fundamental grasp of database concepts, including SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience in creating clear and concise documentation.
• The ability to troubleshoot code errors and perform unit testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, discussing requirements, and presenting ideas.
• A willingness to learn new technologies, languages, and tools as the field evolves.
• Understanding of standards and best practices to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio for developing custom applications. 
• Basic understanding of security principles and the importance of secure coding practices.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform is desirable.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant Microsoft certification preferred.
