Full Stack Developer

Overview

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong front-end design sensibility to join our remote team. You'll lead the development of seamless user experiences using React.js, while supporting robust backend services in Node.js and MongoDB. This role is ideal for someone who not only codes with precision but also cares deeply about how users see, feel, and interact with a product.

What You’ll Do

• Front-End Craftsmanship: Develop responsive, visually engaging, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design to Code: Bring wireframes and UI designs to life with pixel-perfect attention and smooth transitions/interactions.
• Component Reusability: Build scalable and reusable components that enable rapid development and consistent design across the platform.
• Full Stack Development: Implement and maintain backend services using Node.js and MongoDB, ensuring smooth end-to-end experiences.
• API Integration: Work with RESTful APIs to bridge front-end and back-end systems.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance usability and load times across devices and browsers by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to turn product vision into working features.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Use Git effectively for version control, collaboration, and code quality.

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development or front-end engineering.
• Strong in React.js, including workflows like Redux or Context API.
• Solid grasp of Node.js, MongoDB, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Skilled at translating designs into responsive, cross-browser-compatible code.
• Passionate about creating clean, usable, and scalable UI.
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data flows.
• Experienced with Git, agile methodologies, and collaborative dev environments.
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS platforms, design systems, or component libraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices, animations, and micro-interactions is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
