Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (AI-Powered Recruiting Platform)
Location: Bhubaneswar / Remote

About the Role
We’re building an AI-powered resume sourcing engine to automate and enhance recruiting. As the Full-Stack Developer, you’ll lead the end-to-end development of the platform — from backend API creation to frontend recruiter-facing UI — delivering a seamless, scalable, and high-performance product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI
• Implement features for resume upload, parsing, scoring, and tagging
• Build recruiter-facing UI using React.js and Tailwind CSS
• Handle file uploads (PDF/DOCX), preview rendering, and tagging workflows
• Integrate with PostgreSQL for structured data and AWS S3 for resume storage
• Work with 3rd-party services like resume parsers, GitHub APIs, and Pinecone
• Collaborate closely with the AI Engineer and Product Owner for fast delivery of features

Tech Stack

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS (S3, EC2)
• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Search: ElasticSearch or Pinecone
• Tools: Docker, Git, REST APIs

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong experience with file handling, API integrations, and recruiter-style UIs
• Bonus: Familiarity with resume parsing or recruiting software (ATS, HRTech)

Nice to Have

• Understanding of resume structures and recruiter workflows
• Experience with semantic search or resume similarity matching

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹360,213.41 per year
