Full Stack Developer (C#, Python, ASP.NET, JavaScript)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop Software specifications in accordance with Design specs/Customer Requirements.
• Recommend strategic improvements to optimize performances.
• Experience in design and development of software products as per railway signaling standards .
• Able to Understand User needs, Business requirements and solve complex problems.
• Ability to manage traceability and impact analysis of requirements.
• Place the SW design specifications under configuration management according to product Configuration Management Plan
• Apply the process and standards specific to program
• Contribute to continuous improvement (RoE: Return on Experience, process, …)
• Deep understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable and available set-up.
• Risk identification and management.
• Ability to explain the Software Requirements to Software other team members.
• Regularly suggest improvements for Program.
• Understand product development life cycle and good understanding on Change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking.
• Subject Matter expert in Existing Software Design and Architecture.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation.

Technical Competencies & Experience

• 4 to 8 years of experience in software design and development in object-oriented methodologies
• Experience in full stack web application development (C#, asp.net, Python, JavaScript, Angular.JS).
• Experience in developing distributed web applications, Microservices
• Experience in Web APIs, PostgreSQL, Kafka, MinIO

Software Technology Skills:

• Programming languages : C#, Python, Java Script, ASP.NET, Vue.JS
• Good experience in developing full stack microservices based web application
• Linux/Unix OS
• Good experience in networking protocols
• Database: Any open-source or COTS DB on Windows platform (MySQL, MS SQL, PosgreSQL)
• COTS Tools: Gitlab/ Github, SVN, ClearQuest, RTC, Synergy
• Good understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
• Able to develop software as per applicable standards and best practices
• Should be able to write functional requirements and realize technical requirement into UML models such as class and sequence diagram.
• Hands on experience in debugging, CICD, unit testing, TDD
• Good to have experience in performance tools like Jprofiler or Yourkit or any tool to measure and improve the performance of the application software.
• Nice to Have Skills: HTML, CSS, TCP/IP Protocol & Delphi
