Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to take ownership of our entire web and mobile application stack. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling both customer-facing interfaces and internal tools—across platforms like Flutter, Laravel, and Magento 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of our web and app stack — from front-end mobile apps (Flutter) to backend systems (Laravel, Magento 2, PHP).
• Optimize and enhance customer-facing applications and internal admin tools.
• Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, logistics, WhatsApp messaging, analytics, etc.).
• Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to launch new features and verticals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance issues across the tech stack.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to architectural and strategic tech decisions as the platform scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (including mobile or eCommerce projects)
• Hands-on experience with Magento 2, Laravel, and PHP
• Proven experience with Flutter or similar cross-platform frameworks
• Proficient in handling end-to-end development—from UI to backend systems
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and ownership mindset
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with warehouse logistics, inventory, or online marketplaces
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools
• Knowledge of messaging APIs (e.g., WhatsApp Business / Meta integrations)
• Good UX/UI design sensibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
