Full Stack Developer – Flutter + WordPress

As we shift towards AI-driven development practices, we're seeking an Full Stack Developer – Flutter + WordPress who embraces modern development workflows and actively utilizes AI coding tools to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency in backend development.

Our product and marketing projects keep growing, and we need a Full Stack Developerwho can jump in on day one. You will build and maintain APIs, micro-services, and serverless functions that power custom web apps and AI features. The role is full-time, remote, and you will work alongside a passionate India-based team with occasional opportunities to work with our overseas hub.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using Flutter
• Customise and extend WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS logic)
• Build APIs or integrate with WordPress REST APIs
• Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional Flutter screens
• Ensure smooth performance across devices and browsers
• Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA to ship quality work

Tech stack you need to know

• Flutter (mobile + web UI development)
• WordPress (PHP, custom themes, plugins, REST API integration)
• HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• API handling (REST, JSON)
• Familiarity with MySQL or similar databases
• Git (we use GitHub + standard workflows)
• Good spoken English for daily stand-ups

Nice to have:

• Experience working with headless WordPress setups
• Firebase, Supabase, or similar backends
• Figma-to-Flutter translation skills
• WooCommerce or WordPress multisite knowledge
• Deployment and performance optimization skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Comfortable working independently and delivering on time
