We are seeking a skilled and driven Full Stack Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python (Django) for backend development and React.js / Next.js for frontend development. Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Linux-based environments is essential. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable applications that power seamless digital experiences and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Django, React.js, and Next.js.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient system communication.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best development practices.
• Implement backend logic, manage databases, and ensure performance optimization and security.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.).
• Handle Linux-based server operations, including Nginx/Apache configuration and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain clear technical documentation.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in Python and Django framework.
• Strong skills in React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Familiarity with Linux servers and deployment automation tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Strong grasp of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with real-time features using WebSockets or similar tools.
• Understanding of unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Ability to contribute to system architecture and mentor junior developers.
