Overview

Fullstack Developer Unpaid Intern (Angular & Node.js)

Location: Kundrathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Internship Duration: 6 months (Training Period)
Post-Internship Salary: ₹1,00,000 per annum + Performance-Based Incentives (Up to ₹25,000/month)
Contract Duration: 2 years (Post-Internship Employment)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular for frontend and Node.js for backend development.
• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging fullstack applications.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate backend services efficiently.
• Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement UI/UX designs effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest Angular, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript trends, libraries, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final-year students in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Angular, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (or any SQL/NoSQL database).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
• Familiarity with state management (NgRx) and authentication methods (JWT, OAuth) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Prior projects or coursework in fullstack web development is a plus.

Commitment & Contract Terms

• The internship is a training period (unpaid) for 6 months
• Employment confirmation will be provided based on the performance of the resource in training period
• Post-internship employment includes a 2-year contract with a fixed salary and revenue-based incentives
