THE ROLE
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern who builds with AI.

You will work on a modern stack centered around Next.js and Python, building responsive user interfaces and connecting them to scalable backend services.

More importantly, you will operate as an AI-first engineer who uses agentic tools and AI-assisted workflows to build faster, automate repetitive work, and solve engineering problems creatively.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Frontend Development: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Backend Systems: Assist in building and optimizing APIs using Python (FastAPI).
• AI Integration: Use Agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate feature deployment.
• Collaborative Development: Work in a hybrid environment, participating in sprint planning and code reviews.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Frontend (Core Requirement)

• Next.js & React: Must have working knowledge or a portfolio of projects demonstrating proficiency in these frameworks.
• Languages: Strong command of TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Styling: Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern styling libraries.

Backend (Good to Have)

• Python: A solid understanding of Python syntax and logic.
• APIs: Basic understanding of RESTful API principles; experience with FastAPI is a significant plus.

The AI Edge (Mandatory)

• AI Models: High proficiency in prompting and collaborating with Claude Sonnet/Opus, GPT-4o, and Gemini.
• AI Agents: Hands-on experience with Claude Code and Cursor (including Composer/Agent modes) to write, refactor, and debug code.
• Mindset: Ability to explain how you use AI to solve problems rather than just copying and pasting.
