Daako is engineering the integrated tech and operational infrastructure needed to solve India’s critical, real-world waste management crisis. We build data-driven software and smart logistics platforms to streamline fragmented waste supply chains, with a core mission to bring landfill contributions down to almost zero.

The Role:

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer Intern who is excited to build the digital backbone of our operations. You won’t be working on hypothetical projects or fetching coffee; you will own, build, and ship production-ready features across our web dashboards, driver/ground-ops mobile apps, and high-throughput backend services.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Mobile Development: Build and optimize lightweight, reliable mobile app features for our ground-level operations and logistics tracking.

Web Interfaces: Develop intuitive, data-rich admin and operational dashboards used to monitor waste supply chains in real time.

Backend & APIs: Design clean, performant RESTful/GraphQL APIs and handle real-time data streaming and state management.

Ops Integration: Work closely with our operations team to translate messy, real-world logistics bottlenecks into clean, scalable software solutions.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Frontend/Mobile Skills: Strong foundations in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React (for web) and React Native or Flutter (for mobile apps).

Backend Foundations: Experience writing server-side logic in Node.js, Python, or Go, along with a solid understanding of database fundamentals (SQL or NoSQL).

First-Principles Thinker: You don't just copy-paste from StackOverflow. You understand why code works and how data flows from a mobile screen down to the database.

Problem Solver: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where requirements can evolve as we tackle uncharted waste-management challenges.
