Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our software engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend systems and web-based applications that support a growing customer base. You will work across the full technology stack, from server-side services to modern web user interfaces.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in full-stack development, is comfortable translating requirements into well-structured solutions, and writes clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. This role requires strong ownership, independent execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams when direction or feedback is needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
• Strong experience with one or more of the following backend languages: Java, Python, and/or C#
• Frontend development experience using React
• Experience with TypeScript
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
• Experience building applications using Spring or Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS, EKS, DynamoDB, Aurora, SQS, or similar
• Ability to break down requirements and implement solutions independently
• Strong understanding of software development best practices

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Build and enhance web-based user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
• Translate business and technical requirements into reliable, well-architected solutions
• Develop features that span backend services through frontend presentation layers
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including support, sales, and engineering
• Help define and uphold coding standards, tooling practices, and internal development guidelines
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
