Full Stack Developer Lead

This will be a team leader role to build cutting-edge technology products.

Responsibilities

• Product Development and Strategy: o Shape, design, and implement innovative products by leveraging expertise across frontend and backend technologies. o Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Development teams to translate user needs and business goals into scalable products. o Actively contribute to the product vision by defining features and enhancements aligned with market needs.

Development Leadership: o Lead a team in end-to-end product creation, with a focus on innovation, user experience, and scalability. o Build and manage a robust tech stack, including JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Flask/Django, while implementing microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes). o Provide hands-on support and mentorship, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.

Technical Architecture and Stack Management: o Develop and maintain a robust tech stack to support scalable application architecture. o Ensure seamless integration of technology with business objectives, adhering to best practices in API development, third-party library integration, and security.

Cross-functional Collaboration: o Partner with stakeholders across departments to support integration of technology with business goals. o Work closely with product managers, UX/UI teams, and other technical teams to deliver optimized solutions.

DevOps and CI/CD: o Ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of software, with a focus on automation, reliability, and scalability. o Familiarity with build configuration and management tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to support seamless deployment cycles.

Experience: -

Minimum of 8+ years in Full Stack Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proficient in JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Flask/Django and REST API development.

Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB).

Familiar in CI/CD practices, with hands-on experience in build configuration management and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiar with API documentation tools such as Swagger and Postman, for effective API development and testing.

Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
