Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable web applications, a deep understanding of frontend and backend technologies, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Experience Required:- 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js on the frontend.
• Build robust backend APIs and services using Node.js.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with product managers, QA, and other developers to deliver features on time.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements.
• Manage deployment and monitoring of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and experience building backend APIs.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integration.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
• Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
