Role Description – MERN Developer
This is a full-time hybrid role for a MERN Developer located in Ghaziabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The MERN Developer will be responsible for designing and developing web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting feasibility studies, and planning new projects.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coding in JavaScript using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Managing and maintaining databases
- Ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end operations
- Debugging, testing, and maintaining software applications
- Participating in Agile team meetings and contributing to project planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in MERN stack development (mandatory)
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js
- Strong skills in back-end development using Node.js and Express.js
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus
