About the Role
Full Stack Developer Role (MERN)
Experience 5 - 8 Years
Location : Mumbai, Bangalore (Hybrid)
We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN) to lead architecture, development, and scaling of high-performance web applications in a fast-growing clean energy tech startup. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on coding skills with technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices in performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing systems for large-scale applications.

Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.

Implement observability, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability.

Mentor team members and uphold engineering excellence across projects.
Requirements:

5–8 years of full stack experience with deep MERN stack expertise.

Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

Proficiency in AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience with CI/CD, performance tuning, and system observability tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving, design, and leadership skills.
