Full-Stack Developer (MERN + Next.js)

We’re Instinctive Studio, a Bangalore-based digital study. We are looking a Full-Stack Developer (MERN + Next.js) for a long-term contract (1+ years) to help build an exciting product for one of our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Ship production-grade code across MongoDB, Express, React/Next.js and Node.js
• Implement server-side rendered, SEO-optimised pages and blazing-fast APIs
• Wire up dynamic search & filtering (think Vector DBs like Pinecone)
• Harden auth, roles and OTP-driven actions for trust and security
• Keep performance tight: profiling, CI/CD, edge caching, the works

Must-haves

• 3+ years building commercial MERN or MENN apps (Next.js experience mandatory)
• Solid portfolio/GitHub that proves clean architecture, component reuse and TypeScript discipline
• Comfort with cloud deploys (Vercel, AWS or similar) and Git workflows
• Clear, proactive communication in an async, remote-first team

Bonus points

• Vector search (e.g. Pinecone) or semantic-search know-how
• Marketplace / listings-platform background
• DevOps flair: Docker, serverless, monitoring
