The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with deep hands-on experience in Next.js to help us build fast, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You’ll work across the stack—from polished frontend UIs to robust backend APIs—bringing ideas to life and shipping them fast.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain high-quality Next.js applications
• Work on both frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, API routes)
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
• Collaborate with designers to turn wireframes into seamless user experiences
• Own features from idea to production with minimal hand-holding
• Improve performance, squash bugs, and keep the experience smooth
• Contribute to architecture decisions and share knowledge with the team

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and query optimization
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, React Query, or similar modern tools
• Good understanding of backend development with Node.js
• Comfortable using Git beyond the basics
• Passion for quality code with a pragmatic approach to shipping

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Vercel and serverless deployment
• Testing skills with Jest or React Testing Library
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Performance optimization chops
• Familiarity with the Bangalore tech/startup scene
