Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel) – High Ownership Role

Overview

TorkeHub is an innovative CRM and AI platform building the next generation of business intelligence tools. We are a fast-paced product company working with cutting-edge AI (Local LLMs), Laravel, and React Native. We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of our entire web stack.

The Role: We don't just want a coder; we want a builder. You will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our core CRM platform, managing our GPU-based Linux servers, and integrating AI models into our application. You must be comfortable working in a startup environment where you "own" the code you write.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Development: Architect and develop features using PHP (Laravel) for the backend and JavaScript/React/Blade for the frontend.

Server Management: Handle deployment and troubleshooting on Ubuntu VPS (Nginx, MySQL, Supervisor). You must be comfortable using the command line.

Database: Optimize complex MySQL queries and database structures.

Version Control: Manage Git repositories, handle merge conflicts, and ensure strict version control practices (No direct edits on the server!).

AI Integration: Work with our Python/AI team to integrate local LLM APIs into the PHP backend.

Must-Have Skills:

PHP & Laravel: Strong proficiency (Routes, Eloquent ORM, Middleware, API Resources).

Frontend: Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, or React.

Linux/DevOps: Comfortable with SSH, Cron jobs, file permissions, and basic server security.

Git: You must know how to merge, rebase, and stash without losing code.

Problem Solving: Ability to debug legacy code and fix "broken" production environments quickly.
