Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Full Stack Developer Intern with a strong foundation in C# (.NET) and React.js to join our remote tech team. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and senior developers to build and maintain features for our core platform (app.howtoabroad.com).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using C# (.NET Core) for the backend and React.js for the frontend.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with team members to implement UI/UX features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and daily standups.
• Debug and fix issues across the stack.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Solid understanding of C# (.NET Core or ASP.NET MVC)
• Experience with React.js and basic frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and agile development practices
• Basic understanding of Docker and CI/CD is a plus
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently
