About the Company:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, be proficient in React.js, Next.js, C#, and have experience working with relational databases. Experience in mobile application development and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

About the Role:

Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications using React.js, Next.js, and C# (.NET). Design and implement APIs and services with secure, scalable backend architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Build responsive UIs and ensure cross-platform compatibility for mobile and web. Work with databases (SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL) to design, optimize and manage schemas, queries, and data integrity. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Diagnose and fix bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues. Keep up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

4–5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js for front-end development. Solid experience with C# and .NET for backend development. Proficiency in working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL). Experience in mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or similar). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Basic knowledge of security principles and performance optimization.
