Full Stack Developer (React.js+Python)

Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack developer who has experience in building applications with React.js and Python. A good team player and one who always learns new things and makes work interesting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React.js for the frontend and Python for the backend.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs using Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Build reusable React components and frontend libraries.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) in React applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct unit and integration testing for both frontend and backend components.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring application stability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in React.js, Python, and web development.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in developing web applications.
• Proficiency in React.js, including its core principles and lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with a web framework (e.g., Flask, Django).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred (Good to Have) Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Pytest).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Python AI/ML experience – working with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or integrating AI-powered APIs.
• Experience with building AI-assisted features such as recommendation engines, chatbots, or NLP-based tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
