Full Stack Developer (React, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, GoLang)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in GoLang, NestJS, React, and PostgreSQL. This role requires a developer who can confidently build scalable and maintainable web applications across the entire stack. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative engineering team and contribute directly to core system design, feature development, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate brings a backend-first mindset with proven hands-on experience in GoLang and NestJS, complemented by solid proficiency in building modern user interfaces with React, and designing efficient data models with PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using GoLang and NestJS for backend systems.
• Design and implement dynamic, responsive, and component-based user interfaces using React.
• Develop and optimize relational data models using PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient queries and data integrity.
• Integrate message brokers such as MQ, NATS, or Kafka to support asynchronous processing and event-driven workflows.
• Leverage Redis and Memcached for caching strategies that boost performance and scalability.
• Translate product and business requirements into well-defined technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, promote best practices, and help mentor junior team members.
• Continuously improve codebase quality, address technical debt, and advocate for best engineering practices.
• Stay current with evolving technologies, and actively contribute to architectural and strategic decisions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong backend orientation.
• Proven expertise in GoLang and NestJS, with real-world experience building APIs and microservices.
• Solid front-end development experience using React, including hooks, component architecture, and state management.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and migrations.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, RESTful API design, and security best practices.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning and adopting new technologies and methodologies.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
