Overview
The role
You'll work alongside the founder shipping full-stack features end-to-end. The roadmap is clear, and you'll have real influence on how features get built — schema design, API shape, UI patterns, the small architectural calls that add up. Every PR is reviewed by the founder. You'll move fast, you'll be challenged, you'll get sharper at your craft.
We want someone with real opinions about code. The kind of dev who pushes back on bad specs, suggests better approaches, raises the quality bar. The big architectural decisions — direction of the platform, what we build vs. buy, how we evolve over years — are made together with the founder, who makes the final call. Day-to-day, you have ownership over your work and a tight feedback loop with the person who knows where the product is going.
What you'll work on
- Full-stack features end-to-end: schema → API → UI → ship
- Backend services in Node.js (Fastify + Hono) with Postgres + Prisma
- Vue 3 (Composition API) UI with Vuetify + Tailwind
- Event-driven flows + background jobs
- React-based PDF generation for documents and statements
- A real code review culture — every PR reviewed, fast turnaround

You'd be a good fit if you
- Have 3–5 years of real full-stack delivery
- Write strong TypeScript — generics, narrowing, type-safe APIs
- Have shipped real Node.js backends (Fastify / Express / Hono)
- Have used Prisma / Sequelize / TypeORM / Drizzle in production
- Have shipped frontend in Vue 3 or React (you're open to Vue)
- Are comfortable with code review — you ship cleaner because of it, not despite it
- Have strong feature-level judgment and know when to escalate
- Are sharp about money/numbers — financial bugs make you uncomfortable

₹22L–₹30L/year based on experience.
Honest stuff
- Hybrid in Dombivli, 2 days a week. If you're 90+ minutes from the office, factor that in honestly before applying.
- Every PR reviewed by the founder. Tight feedback loop, fast iteration, real growth. Best for devs who treat code review as a feature, not a friction.
- Direction is set by the founder, day-to-day craft is yours. You'll shape how things get built within a clear strategic frame. Big architectural calls are collaborative; the founder makes the final call.
Process
20-min screen → take-home (3–4 hours) → live technical → final → offer. ~2 weeks.
