Experience: 5+ years (Full Stack Development with AI & NLP Expertise)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer (5+ years) with expertise in

AI/ML integration and Semantic Search to design, develop, and optimize large-scale data

analytics systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with front-end and

back-end technologies, AI-powered search systems, vector databases, real-time web

scraping, and data pipelines for data collection.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications.
• Build interactive UI components using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python

(Django/Flask/FastAPI).

• Ensure seamless front-end and back-end integration for AI-powered features.
• Implement real-time data collection using Scrapy, Selenium, Puppeteer, or

Playwright.

AI & Machine Learning Integration

• Develop and integrate AI/ML models into full stack applications.
• Implement AI-based solutions such as predictive analytics, NLP, recommendation

systems, or computer vision.

• Work with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, Scikit-Learn, or

Hugging Face.

Semantic Search & AI-Powered Intelligence Processing

• Design Implement semantic search using vector embeddings and transformer-based

NLP models.

• Work with BERT, SBERT, OpenAI Embeddings, Cohere, and Sentence Transformers

for analysis.

• Develop query embedding pipelines to process natural language searches effectively.
• Build hybrid search systems (semantic + keyword-based) for queries.

Vector Databases & AI Search Optimization

• Store and search AI-processed intelligence data using FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate,

ChromaDB, or Elasticsearch KNN.

• Implement Approximate Nearest Neighbor (ANN) Search for fast similarity

matching.

• Optimize cosine similarity and hierarchical search for large-scale data retrieval

Big Data Processing & Real-Time Streaming

• Design and manage large-scale data pipelines for real-time data collection and

analysis.

• Work with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis for streaming data.
• Optimize database performance with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Elastic

Search.

Cloud Services & Deployment

• Deploy AI-driven applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Implement containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable

deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development with AI/ML expertise
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React.js, Angular, Vue.js) and Python

(Django/Flask/FastAPI).

• Hands-on experience in AI/ML model integration and AI-powered applications.
• Expertise in Semantic Search, Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate,

Elasticsearch KNN).

• Strong experience with API development (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with Scrapy, Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright
• Hands-on knowledge of NLP, embeddings (BERT, SBERT, OpenAI Embeddings,

Cohere, Hugging Face Models).

• Database management expertise in SQL & NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL,

ElasticSearch).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI API & LLMs (GPT-based models, fine-tuning).
• Knowledge of Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience in deploying AI workloads in cloud environments (AWS Lambda,

SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
