We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Noida.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java backend development along with solid experience in React.js for frontend.
The role demands hands-on expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services and APIs.
- Build intuitive, responsive web interfaces using React.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, QA teams, and product managers.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
- Adhere to agile development methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.
- Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Flexibility and readiness to join immediately or within short notice.
- Candidates from IITs and NITs only.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in an agile development team.
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
