You will work in Agile POD teams, building backend services and modern web interfaces, ensuring high performance and reliability. The role involves end-to-end feature ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and deployment on cloud environments. 3 Must-Have Skills Backend: Java (17+), Spring Boot, REST API, MicroservicesFrontend: React (Hooks), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3Cloud: Hands-on experience with any one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)Database: Experience with any one RDBMS or NoSQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/MongoDB)DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)Testing: JUnit/TestNG, Mockito; Frontend testing with Jest/React Testing LibraryAgile & POD Model: Proven experience in Scrum/Kanban with POD-based deliverySecurity: OAuth2/JWT, OWASP Top 10 awarenessPerformance: Profiling, caching (Redis), query optimizationCommunication: Ability to work with product owners and stakeholders

Qualifications Education: BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent practical experienceExperience: 5–6 years in full-stack development Strong problem-solving, design patterns, and clean coding practicesFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and basic Kubernetes concepts (preferred)Exposure to observability tools (ELK/Prometheus/Grafana) is a plus
