Full-stack Java Developer Intern

Overview

This isn’t a shadow role. You won’t just “assist” senior engineers.
You’ll work on real backend systems that run in production — APIs, schedulers, background jobs, and workflows that power live systems. You’ll ship code that actually gets deployed.
This is hands-on engineering with real accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Build backend features using Java & Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain REST APIs used in production
• Work on schedulers, background jobs, and asynchronous workflows
• Assist in designing database schemas and optimizing queries
• Debug real production issues and fix root causes
• Write clean, structured, production-ready code
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship features on tight timelines
• Support frontend integration (React preferred) where required

Who You Are

• Strong fundamentals in Core Java and OOP
• Understanding of Spring Boot basics (controllers, services, repositories)
• Good grasp of Data Structures & problem-solving
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Curious about how real systems run in production
• High ownership mindset — you care about what you build
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Bonus: Exposure to Git, Docker, APIs, or any personal backend projects
