Full Stack Java Technical Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, modern front-end frameworks, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should bring significant experience in the Telecom domain, with the ability to drive end‑to‑end solution design, mentor teams, and deliver high‑quality, scalable applications. This role requires both technical leadership and hands-on development, working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Architecture
• Lead architectural and design discussions; define technical requirements and solution approach.
• Ensure the solution meets business goals for scalability, performance, and security.
• Apply telecom domain knowledge to design robust, industry-specific solutions.
• Development & Coding
• Actively participate in backend and frontend development.
• Build and maintain features using Java, Spring Boot, and modern UI frameworks.
• Team Management & Mentorship
• Guide and mentor the development team; conduct detailed code reviews.
• Promote technical best practices and continuous improvement.
• Project Management
• Work with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams to define scope and priorities.
• Estimate effort, manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery using Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Quality & Optimization
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and code quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement optimization strategies.
• DevOps & CI/CD
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Support containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployments across AWS/Azure/GCP.

• Languages/Frameworks: Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Microservices.
• APIs & Messaging: RESTful APIs, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  
  
  

Frontend

• Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  
  
  

Databases

• SQL: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis.
  
  
  

DevOps & Cloud

• Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven.
  
  
  

• Strong Telecom domain experience is highly preferred, including OSS/BSS, service provisioning, network management, customer lifecycle management, or telecom product platforms.
