Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and experienced .NET Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-stack development across a wide range of technologies including .NET Core, Node.js, React.js, Angular, and more. This role includes application development, API integration, database development, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to best practices in performance, security, and quality as per CMMi Level 3 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in team and vertical meetings to gather and understand project or module requirements.
• Design and develop robust, scalable applications using:
• .NET Framework and .NET Core (C# or VB.NET)
• Frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Modern frameworks: React.js, Angular, React Native
• Backend technologies: Node.js, ASP.NET MVC
• Develop and integrate Web Services, WCF Services, and REST APIs.
• Implement complex SQL logic using SQL Server 2022, including stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Design and generate reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
• Debug and optimize existing application logic and enhance performance and maintainability.
• Ensure secure coding practices aligned with Microsoft and CERT-IN guidelines.
• Conduct thorough unit testing and document outcomes as part of the Quality Management System.
• Deploy code to the staging server and support deployment processes.
• Visit client locations (including outstation) when required for communication or implementation support.
• Adhere strictly to CMMi Level 3 software development processes and quality guidelines.
• Handle bug fixing, error resolution, and issue tracking reported by QC teams or clients.
• Prepare detailed and accurate developer documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project planning, risk assessment, and requirement analysis.
• Maintain daily work logs and submit timesheets as per internal reporting protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Strong experience in full-stack development using:
• .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C# or VB.NET
• JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React.js, React Native
• Node.js for backend development
• Proficient in database design and development using SQL Server 2022.
• Experience with SSRS for reporting and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery.
• Expertise in REST API development and integration.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and secure coding standards.
• Experience working with version control systems like Git or TFS.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise-level or government software projects.
• Prior work in CMMi Level 3 or higher environments.

Working Conditions:

• Occasional travel to client locations (including outstation visits) may be required.
• Must adhere to communication and reporting protocols defined by CRISP.
